Here’s how you killed your own credibility
Step 1: You told ChatGPT/Gemini/DeepSeek “write my refund policy / delivery promise / clinic guarantee.”
Step 2: Without understanding a single line, you pasted it on your website.
Step 3: A client screenshot it and said “you promised this” — and you said “no we didn’t.”
That is not AI’s fault. That is you publishing fiction as company policy.
Why AI hallucinates in the first place
ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek are not legal guardians. They’re pattern engines. When you ask “What’s our clinic guarantee?” they don’t know your policy. So they guess a policy that sounds nice.
- ChatGPT leans polite and reassuring (“we fully guarantee results” — illegal for medical/aesthetic in UAE).
- Gemini leans marketing-forward (“premium express same-day install, no extra charge”).
- DeepSeek leans transactional (“we waive all fees if client unhappy”), which kills your margin.

Of course the client will use that against you. You gave them a weapon.
Myth vs Reality (UAE business version)
MYTH: “AI will draft my clinic offer and I’ll publish it.”
REALITY: If AI says “guaranteed slimming in 7 days,” you’ve just promised an illegal medical outcome. That’s fines and complaints in UAE, not “cute marketing.”
MYTH: “AI will write my return/refund policy so I don’t waste time.”
REALITY: If AI writes “100% no-questions refund,” congratulations, scammers will drain you with fake claims and you can’t fight back because it’s on your site under your logo.
You didn’t just lose money. You publicly documented how to steal from you.
FACT: Screenshots are permanent leverage in UAE
Once a client has a screenshot, they don’t negotiate — they demand.
- “Your site said free emergency visit to Abu Dhabi.”
- “Your WhatsApp said guaranteed result.”
- “Your policy says full refund any reason.”
They forward that screenshot to their cousin, to their lawyer friend, to a building WhatsApp group, to a RERA/DED complaint thread. You are finished before you even talk.
So what do serious companies do instead?
