You Are Not “Good With AI.” You Are Copy/Pasting Answers You Can’t Defend Under Pressure.

You Keep Saying “I Used AI for This Strategy.” Cool. Explain It Without Reading the Screen.

Welcome to 2025: you can’t fake expertise anymore

Before, you could bluff. You could talk fast, say “funnel,” say “retention,” say “CAC” and people nodded.

Now we just ask one question: “Show me.”

And if all you did was paste Gemini/GPT/DeepSeek output, you collapse instantly because you don’t actually understand what you’re showing.

Here’s how you expose yourself without realizing it

  • You present a “scalable attribution and retargeting model” Gemini wrote for you. Someone asks “which pixel events are you optimizing?” You blank.
  • You present DeepSeek’s cost breakdown “we must charge X.” CFO asks “what assumptions are you using for labor hours?” You choke.
  • You present GPT’s “VIP client guarantee.” Lawyer asks “what if outcome doesn’t happen?” You panic-smile.

That moment is when everyone in the room realizes you’re just an interface, not a thinker.

يعني أنت مش “ذكاء اصطناعي”. أنت مجرد فم يقرأ نص من غير فهم.

The real operator test

If I delete the AI output from the screen and I say: “Okay, rebuild it from scratch verbally,” can you do it?

If yes → you’re using AI as acceleration.

If no → you’re using AI as costume.

This is the new line between competence and cosplay.

MYTH vs REALITY

MYTH: “AI levels the playing field. Anyone can do it now.”

REALITY: AI exposes instantly who actually understands the work and who is just parroting the surface of it.

MYTH: “AI makes everyone equal.”

REALITY: AI makes fakes louder… which makes them easier to spot and eliminate.

The most useful thing you can start doing today if you don’t want to be a joke

  1. Stop pasting AI output raw. Summarize it in your own words first.
  2. If you can’t summarize it without looking at the screen, you don’t understand it. Don’t send it. Don’t pitch it.
  3. Force GPT / Gemini / DeepSeek to cite constraints: cost, time, headcount, compliance. If it can’t list real constraints, it’s fiction.
  4. When AI uses jargon, ask it “Explain that like you’re briefing finance, ops, legal separately.” If you can’t follow those breakdowns, you are not qualified to sell it.

لا تسرق كلام الآلة… افهمه أو اسكت.

AI didn’t suddenly make you world-class. It just gave you louder lies. We all hear them. We all know.
