Welcome to Vista by Lara (“we”, “us”, “our”). Vista by Lara operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) together with any policies referenced here describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (see: /policies/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and that you consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
You may be asked to provide information (e.g., email, billing, payment, shipping). You warrant the information is accurate and complete and that you have rights to provide it.

We strive to represent products/services accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device and settings. We do not warrant that any product/service will meet your expectations or exactly match imagery/renders.
Descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue products and limit quantities or eligibility by person/region/jurisdiction at our discretion.

Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline at our discretion. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we send a confirmation email.
Please review before submitting—cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. If we decline or modify an order, we’ll attempt to contact you via the details provided.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy (see: /policies/refund-policy). You warrant purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price at checkout and in your confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment details and to promptly update them. You warrant that you are authorized to use any payment method provided and will pay all charges, including applicable taxes and fees.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Services (text, images, graphics, UI, audio/video, design/layout, trademarks) is owned by Vista by Lara or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display/perform, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
“Vista by Lara” names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. Shopify and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and logos are the property of their owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. Future features may be added and are also subject to these Terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain links or embedded functionality provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, sites, products, or services. Review their policies before transacting. Any concerns must be directed to the third party.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store runs on Shopify. However, all sales are between you and Vista by Lara. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or any related injury, damage, or loss. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from transactions with Vista by Lara.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy (see: /policies/privacy-policy). Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, some data is processed by Shopify and its subprocessors according to their policies.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that information you submit may be processed outside your country to provide and improve the Services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, ideas, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use and display it for any purpose, including commercial use. You represent you have the necessary rights and that your Feedback complies with these Terms and applicable laws. We may remove Feedback that we deem inappropriate or unlawful.

  • engage in conduct we determine harms Vista by Lara, Shopify, users, or exposes them to liability.

We may terminate or suspend the Services (in whole or part) at any time without notice. You remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, Feedback, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law) survive termination.

Except as expressly stated by us, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement). SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vista by Lara, Shopify, and our/its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs) arising from or related to your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vista by Lara, Shopify, and our/its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, that portion will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remainder will continue in full force.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies posted on the site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior agreements relating to the Services. Any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights/obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE for disputes arising out of or relating to the Services.
